During a recent appearance at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia (via Daily screen), Guy Ritchie has revealed that he would like to direct Disney’s live-action Hercules sometime “within the next year”:

I want to be as busy as I can be [be]. I made one film a year; I would like to make three films a year. Because I like it, it’s not a hard job for me. Still getting here, we finish shooting at 04.30, you’re on a plane an hour later; you’re here, you start work, you go on a plane, I’ll land, I’ll go back to work. As long as you’re not playing with jet-lag too aggressively, I’m damn happy to do it.
